How you can make a difference

HealthEquity’s LMS, is a critical platform for sharing knowledge, operational understanding and delivering new information across the organization. The individual in this role will work cross-functionally to establish the LMS and then create and maintain the content within the LMS.

 

This is an exciting, newly created position. The Instructional Architect / Administrator will be a valuable member of our Corporate Learning and Development team. You’ll have the opportunity to interface with executives and directors across the organization. The successful candidate will have technical skills, creative development talents and strong project and relationship management experience.

 

You’ll be responsible for developing an organization-wide learning management solution, establishing standards for online learning content, and establishing best practices for computer based training.

 

What you’ll be doing

  • Responsible for establishing and implementing an online learning strategy within the business as defined by the organization and key business leaders
  • Engage with internal stakeholders at all levels of the organization to identify content for online delivery and create a plan for structuring and delivering existing content
  • With the help of the marketing and communications teams, create a brand look and feel for the LMS system
  • Build out review process to keep online education current and relevant
  • Analyze and report LMS usage and effectiveness

 

What you will need to be successful

  • Instructional Design and Educational Technology experience
  • Cross-functional relationship management skills with experience working with executive sponsors, management teams, and end-users
  • Familiarity with HTML source code and web page design
  • Project Management expertise to develop a short-term and long-term plan for rolling out knowledge to the organization
  • Process Management skills to create and manage the process of maintaining content over time
  • Excellent Technical Writing and Editing skills
  • Familiarity with Articulate, Captivate, or other knowledge authoring programs
  • Familiarity with LMS administration
  • A sound understanding of SCORM 1.2 and/or TinCan API for tracking and reporting learner behavior in an LMS
