Retirement Sales Specialists are responsible for supporting our retirement sales team in preparing and presenting proposals, “cold calling” existing HSA clients, financial advisors, or health brokers, performing sales demos, providing enrollment support, and various other sales support tasks. A more detailed list of duties are outlined below.

 

What you’ll be doing

  • Support Retirement Sales team
  • Prepare and present sales proposals to employers and financial advisors
  • Preform 401(k) and HSA platform demos
  • Have initial calls with clients and sales partners to qualify opportunities
  • Execute call or email campaigns to existing HSA clients, financial advisors, and health brokers
  • Handle inbound calls from potential clients inquiring about HealthEquity Retirement
  • Sales support for existing broker and financial advisor partners
  • Participate in special projects as needed
  • In person meetings
  • Participate in Enrollment Meetings & Sales Conferences as needed
  • Participate in Industry Conferences as needed
  • Act as a liaison between the retirement team and remaining sales support team

What you will need to be successful

  • 2-3 years of related work experience preferably with a background in telephone sales, finance, and/or insurance sales
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skill
  • Computer literate, Microsoft Office an asset
  • Advanced Microsoft excel skills are helpful
  • Flexibility and adaptability to change
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Travel Potential 10-20% of time
