How you can make a difference

The Operations Analyst role is a technical resource that supports our operations teams’ most complex processes. Creativity, attention to detail, and critical thinking are required to drive the needed process improvements. This role includes generating needed internal reporting to support operational efficiency and decision making. Excellent analytical skills are required, with the ability to extract, analyze and report on information gathered from internal systems and external resources. The ideal candidate will differentiate themselves by having excellent technical skills as well as an innate commitment to service excellence.

 

 

What you’ll be doing

  • Support all internal service delivery teams (Member Services, Partner Management, Operations, etc.).
  • Utilizes data to proactively identify issues and drive process improvement.
  • Identify system gaps or potential improvements and participate in the creation of business requirements related to service delivery process improvement.
  • Develop standardized reports from multiple systems to support operational processes as well as measure business and process improvements.
  • Communicate process changes and updates across operations departments and teams.
  • Create process documentation and support process rollout and training as needed.

 

 

What you will need to be successful

  • A relevant BA/BS degree or 2+ years of experience in an analyst role is required (preference will be given to candidates with both).
  • Highly adaptable, with the ability to rapidly assimilate new information, and identify team and process implications.
  • Strong PC skills including MS PowerPoint, Project, Word, Visio, Outlook, and Visio.
  • Proficient in Excel.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft SQL preferred.
  • Excellent consultative and communication skills.
  • Understanding of healthcare financial accounts (HSA, HRA, and FSA) and healthcare insurance is highly desirable.
