How you can make a difference

HealthEquity is looking for a motivated, detail oriented self-starter to join the Fulfillment Implementation team. This position is responsible for managing collateral for welcome kits , assisting with client welcome kit implementations, monitoring established co-branding guidelines, and providing support for the Fulfillment Implementation Manager with larger client implementations. A successful applicant will have a proven track record for multi-tasking, executing successful projects and possess an acute attention to detail. A combination of analytical and interpersonal communication skills is critical to the applicant’s success.

 

What you’ll be doing

  • Oversee all business and activity relating to digital inventory control including but not limited to:
    • Manage and maintain all collateral art files which vary by client
    • Analyze forecasting and reorder reports
    • Place purchase orders with vendors
    • Provide detailed and accurate order information for invoicing
  • Manage welcome kit and card customizations for assigned client implementations
  • Manage requests for new collateral and verify all proofs
  • Monitor all files after implementations are in production
  • Collaborate with various internal teams to improve fulfillment processes and collateral
  • Assist with projects in support of company initiatives that relate to fulfillment
  • Assist with documenting fulfillment processes and procedures
  • Accountable for maintaining and updating internal fulfillment information on intranet
  • Responsible for managing the fulfillment welcome kit request queue
  • Ownership of daily and monthly fulfillment tasks (e.g.: submit fulfillment requests to vendors daily, monthly and annually; coordinate special mailings with vendors, communicate lead times and deadlines for projects, etc.)

 

What you will need to be successful

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years of experience in an operational role preferably related to fulfillment
  • Excellent organizational, planning, project management and time management skills
  • Experience managing vendors and/or technology partners
  • Ability to adapt and assimilate new information to internal and external teams
  • Strong PC skills including MS PowerPoint, Word, Visio, Access and Excel
  • Ability to handle multiple projects
  • Ability to work well with cross functional teams and communicate confidently and effectively
  • Acute attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong consultative, communication and presentation skills
  • An understanding of healthcare financial accounts (e.g. HSA, HRA, and FSA) is highly desirable
