HealthEquity is looking for a passionate Identity and Access Program Manager to join our team. This person will report to the Senior Manager of Information Security in the Audit and Risk Management department. They will be responsible for establishing the overall direction and governance of the Identity and Access Management (IAM) program with InfoSec and business leadership. The person in this role provides leadership and guidance to internal teams and managed services providers; this position is not an operational position. It is a position focused on the development and implementation of a solid IAM program. The successful candidate will have a combination of tactical subject matter expertise and an understanding of the overall strategy culminating in meaningful risk reduction for HealthEquity.
