How you can make a difference

 

 

HealthEquity is looking for a cross-functional project coordinator to direct and manage operational readiness needs resulting from platform changes, product development activities, and process changes. This position reports to the Operational Readiness Manager and will play a key role in coordinating documentation, training, and process needs for all Service Delivery functions in advance of software releases and new product launches. This position will work closely with the Go-to-Market product team to ensure operational readiness needs are visible, considered, and completed in release planning activities.

 

What you’ll be doing

  • Ability to dive in and understand new functionality in order to drive projects
  • Leads and coordinates all operational readiness activities for each assigned project, ensuring that all flagged needs and deliverables are met in a timely fashion
  • Collaborates and coordinates with department leaders and subject matter experts across business functions to ensure all impacted parties are continuously informed of and involved in operational readiness
  • Produces and maintains clear project documentation, meeting notes and cross-communication
  • Outlines processes and procedures as needed
  • Ability to think through new changes and help stakeholders consider needs and big picture impacts

 

What you will need to be successful

  • BS in Business Management, Information Systems, or equivalent.
  • Three or more years of experience leading projects and/or managing operational processes.
  • Experience leading process/product changes that impact multiple teams and functions.
  • Proven ability to identify and mitigate the risk associated with changes to products, platforms, and processes.
  • Track record of understanding and documenting technical solutions from a business point of view.
  • Healthcare industry experience preferred.
  • PMP or CAPM certification is a plus
  • Experience with Agile and Scrum software development methodologies preferred.
