How you can make a difference

HealthEquity is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to serve as a key member of the Marketing team, leading strategy, development and delivery of digital marketing campaigns for our lead generation efforts. This role will serve as our Hubspot marketing automation guru.

 

The ideal candidate has a track record of creating and executing world-class digital programs that are innovative, engaging and result in quality leads. They will be responsible for development, execution and optimization of landing pages, email campaigns, gated content, nurturing and retargeting strategy and onsite SEO.

 

What you’ll be doing

  • Develop, implement, and optimize our lead generation and customer acquisition strategy to achieve revenue and pipeline goals
  • Maintain a data-first approach through continual tracking, reporting, optimization and experimentation (A/B testing, etc) to meet or exceed company goals
  • Work cross-functionally across the organization to oversee the timely execution of demand generation marketing plans
  • Develop and execute end-to-end email strategy that spans prospects, leads and customers
  • Define, track, measure and report on campaign metrics and KPI’s
  • Regularly communicate campaign performance to key business partners 

 

 

What you will need to be successful

  • Hubspot certification and 2+ years experience using Hubspot’s platform
  • 4+ years in B2B campaign design and digital demand generation in the B2B, high-tech product/services or an advertising media agency 
  • Bachelor Degree in marketing, communications and/or relevant field of study. 
  • Proven experience working with industry tools and analytics packages including email, web analytics, CRM, and marketing automation platforms. 
  • Ability to manage time and multiple priorities with a variety of internal and external stakeholders. 
  • Superior oral and written communication skills with an innate attention to detail.
