How you can make a difference


We are looking for a passionate, collaborative and driven IT Manager to join our team in Draper, Utah. You will manage a talented team of systems engineers and database administrators. You will help identify and analyze business requirements to integrate hardware, storage, database, systems, and software solutions. You will also create, maintain standards and documentation within the organization. 


What you’ll be doing


  • Provide a strategic view of infrastructure technologies, including database, systems, virtualization, and blade servers, with a strong emphasis on design and implementation
  • Understand audit process specifically with SOC and SOX
  • Have and provide strong documentation skills preferably with Visio
  • Manage Windows-based operating systems with a deep understanding of supporting technologies in SAN, Backup, Web, Database, and surrounding infrastructure support technologies
  • Monitor management tools, performance tools, capacity analysis tools, and trending tools
  • Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans for servers, storage, and databases
  • Operate and support two geographically dispersed datacenters
  • Participate in 7x24 on-call rotation and maintenance windows
  • Provide leadership and mentor a team


What you will need to be successful


  • 5+ years’ experience leading technology team(s)
  • 3+ years’ experience administering VM/Windows server environments including VMware ESX/vCenter and Microsoft Active Directory infrastructure
  • 3+ years’ experience working with blade technologies
  • 3+ years’ experience working with an administering SAN technologies
  • 3+ years’ experience with database technologies
  • 3+ years’ experience of technical architect and or design experience
  • Systems planning and engineering skills
  • Infrastructure engineering experience, including functional and technical requirements gathering and solution development
  • Broad knowledge of various technology architectures and business platforms
