The Workforce Analyst is responsible for forecasting, reporting, and identifying trends in the service center. The analyst will be part of a multi-functional team that strives to improve efficiency and service levels. This job will require constant communication and the ability to translate data into a story. A qualified candidate will be able to couple management of data with a people-centric focus.


What you’ll be doing

  • Participate in developing strategic initiatives to optimize scheduling and reduce costs.
  • Analyze and adjust staffing needs by monitoring activities and trends on a real-time basis.
  • Work with leaders to schedule off phone activities (e.g. team meetings, 1:1’s, training, etc.)
  • Provide coaching and recommendations to leadership based on individual Specialist behavior and performance.
  • Ensure that all of WFM’s internal OLA’s are being met
  • Send daily/weekly/monthly updates to the service center leaders regarding current SLAs and upcoming events.
  • Support WFM software deployment.
  • Supervise the use of WFM software for scheduling, tracking and monitoring.
  • Manages the service center’s scheduling of staff and activities.
  • Monitors real time contact volume for both service centers to maintain service levels and staffing requirements.
  • Manage offering of Extra Time/Under Time as the business need dictates.
  • Audit service centers payroll against schedule and time in/time out reporting.
  • Create a positive work environment that fosters successful team performance and development.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.


What you will need to be successful

  • 3+ years experience in service center or operations environment.
  • Bachelors degree preferred.
  • Experience using WFM software.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office,
  • Excel guru.
  • SQL proficient.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to translate data into easily digestible information.
  • Must work well individually and in a team environment.
