How you can make a difference 

HealthEquity is seeking a Marketing Engagement Strategist to serve as a key member of HealthEquity’s Marketing team. This person will help drive the strategy and tactical execution of digital and traditional marketing campaigns to increase engagement and drive action among accountholders.

 

The ideal candidate will primarily be responsible for the development, execution and optimization of B2C multi-channel campaigns, and will:

 

  • Have a proven track record creating innovative, data-driven B2C marketing campaigns
  • Provide thought leadership in digital customer engagement
  • Have past experience leveraging a range of digital technologies and strategies to shape/enhance customers’ overall experience

 

What you’ll be doing

 

  • Develop and execute an end-to-end marketing engagement strategy that produces measureable results
  • Enhance HealthEquity’s customer engagement strategy by exploring new ways to drive desired customer behavior, such as researching and implementing new digital channels
  • Help develop the strategy for customer engagement, including the cadence, messaging, channels, etc.
  • Collaborate with vendors to implement new tools, automate data capture, and deploy engagement strategies
  • Maintain a data-first approach through continual tracking, reporting, optimization and experimentation (A/B testing, etc.) to meet or exceed company goals
  • Work cross-functionally to oversee the timely execution of B2C marketing plans
  • Define, track, measure and report on campaign metrics and KPI’s
  • Regularly communicate campaign performance to key business partners 

 

What you will need to be successful

 

  • Bachelor’s degree required in marketing, communications or related field
  • 5-7 years of experience in B2C campaign design (healthcare or financial industries, preferred)
  • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically
  • Familiarity with B2C marketing and digital campaign strategies
  • Knowledge of digital channels and consumer marketing/engagement techniques
  • Proven experience working with industry tools and analytics packages including email, web analytics, CRM, and marketing automation platforms. 
  • Ability to manage time and multiple priorities with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
  • Superior oral and written communication skills with an innate attention to detail. 
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of current trends in marketing and communication
  • Team player; proven ability to work with multiple work groups diplomatically
