How you can make a difference

HealthEquity’s Partner Services team is looking for an experienced leader and project manager to join our leadership team. This position will report to the Director of Partner Implementations and will be responsible for leading the Partner Implementation Managers. Your responsibilities will include leading and developing your team members to effectively and efficiently manage their respective implementations. You will be an advocate for your team, internal and external partners, and will act as an escalation point when needed to quickly assess and resolve issues.  You will work closely with cross-functional team members and leadership to establish operational controls and processes that adhere to internal policies and will be responsible for scaling the Implementation Manager role through coordinated training, mentoring and standardizing the tools and processes used by the team.

 

What you’ll be doing

  • Recruiting/training team members
  • Lead, coach and develop team members to provide exceptional service to our partners
  • Participate in leadership responsibilities, including:
    • Implementation assignment, scoping and tracking
    • Resource management
    • Process improvement
    • Risk assessment
    • Conflict resolution
    • Cross-functional team collaboration and representation
  • Address escalated partner concerns with the highest of urgency, ensure a timely resolution and follow-up
  • Serve as an internal ambassador for your team and our partners and represent those interests in HealthEquity business projects
  • Track team member capacity and allocate resources for new client requests
  • Identify opportunities for solution improvements within existing partnerships
  • Support sales opportunities from a partner services perspective (RFP, scoping, pre-sales support)
  • Travel with team members to support onsite sales and kickoff meeting 

What you will need to be successful

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years of project management
  • 5+ years of leadership experience
  • Project management skills
  • Strong attention to detail
