How you can make a difference

 

Come help us build our brand new Inside Sales Division as an Account Development Representative.  The core responsibilities of this position are to provide qualified leads to our sales partners throughout the HealthEquity regional, commercial and enterprise ecosystem.  The members of this team will also enjoy the opportunity to build their knowledge of the healthcare and retirement industry with the prospect of career advancement within the HealthEquity sales organization.

 

What you’ll be doing

HealthEquity’s Account Development Representatives will be responsible for driving growth by working with our Regional Sales Directors, Commercial Vice Presidents and/or the SVP of Enterprise Sales in a select territory.

 

  • Handle incoming marketing qualified leads (MQLs) and nurture them into sales qualified leads (SQLs) for the regional, commercial and enterprise teams
  • Call into brokerages and local healthcare consulting firms to set up appointments for Regional Sales Directors to establish deep and meaningful relationships with individual brokers/agents
  • Call into national healthcare consulting firms and set appointments for our Commercial Vice Presidents to meet with key executives
  • Call pre-screened lists of HR executives at select companies and set appointments for Commercial Vice Presidents to sell health savings accounts into their respective companies
  • Call into highly strategic companies on behalf of our SVP of Enterprise Sales and set appointments with Senior HR executives

 

What you will need to be successful

  • Documented history of sales and/or account management success over the phone
  • 3-5 years of sales, account management and/or business development experience, broker or health plan industry preferred
  • Health, group life, disability or ancillary insurance products sales experience preferred
  • CDHP and HSA knowledge and experience preferred
  • Strong desire for ongoing learning to increase expertise in healthcare and retirements services industries
  • Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
  • Strong computer skills, i.e. working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Power Point, Excel and Access
