How you can make a difference 


This position will join the Procurement team within the Finance group and will be responsible for or assist with corporate purchasing, cross-functional procurement initiatives, process documentation, continuous improvement, and support the business as a central contact for all partner and purchasing information. Further, this position will be responsible for the successful operation of purchasing best practices while fostering partner relationships.  Successful candidates will be detail oriented, able to learn quickly, and able to adapt to change. The ability to productively work on cross-functional teams is also a must. Successful candidates will also have the ability to use continuous improvement in existing purchasing process flow creation and documentation. What you’ll be doing


  • Manage the day to day fulfillment of purchase requests and own the purchasing process
  • Issue purchase orders to new and existing partners
  • Act as steward for all corporate credit cards
  • Establish and monitor min/max levels of hardware and software
  • Document process flow and procedures with strong attention to detail
  • Support the accounting team for month-end, quarter-end, and year-end responsibilities
  • Assist accounting in reconciling company credit card accounts
  • Drive ongoing process improvement to deliver increasing operational efficiency of partner related processes
  • Work cross functionally with all aspects of the business
  • Ensure all purchasing activities support and strengthen the strategic objectives of the overall organization
  • Clearly communicate and set expectations with senior and executive leadership with regard to potential purchases


What you will need to be successful

  • Degree or relevant experience required
  • Great attention to detail required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Understanding of operational excellence / continuous improvement
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Team player (works well with others) and an ability to take direction
  • Cross-functional work experience
  • Technology purchasing a plus
