How you can make a difference

 

 

We are looking for a talented, passionate, and driven Change Manager to join our team in Draper, Utah. You will report to our IT Services Manager and will be responsible for managing the lifecycle of Change Controls by ensuring that changes help to further the organizational objectives and HealthEquity’s vision of technology and systems.

 

 

What you’ll be doing

 

  • Scheduling and leading Change Advisory Board meetings on a weekly basis
  • Reviewing and approving changes, ensuring there is minimal impact to the business or infrastructure
  • Updating and modifying the Disaster Recovery Plan to ensure successful testing of DR components
  • As a backup of the Incident Manager, you will be expected to support Incidents to resolution, and participate in an on-call rotation
  • Update and modify monthly Metrics to ensure proper tracking, and identify any process improvements
  • Evaluate, on a regular basis, the Change Policies and associated controls, and update as needed

 

 

What you will need to be successful

 

 

  • ITIL v3 Foundations certification (preferred)
  • HDI Problem Management Professional certification and/or TSIA certification (preferred)
  • 3 + years of experience in a technology environment
  • Experience working in an environment that adheres to the best practices outlined by ITIL
  • Familiarity with Changes, CMDBs, and Enterprise workflows
  • Experience in creating, implementing and auditing polices and their underpinning work flows
  • Organized, excellent verbal and written (technical writing experience a huge plus) communication skills
