How you can make a difference 


The RA Group Setup team is responsible for configuring the plan settings for Flexible Spending, Health Reimbursement and Health Incentive Accounts.  They also support other Reimbursement Account administration duties such as plan document creation, and group maintenance activities such as debit card, welcome kits and funding setup. The Group Setup team also manages several reports to ensure we can be proactive in finding issues and resolving those issues in a timely manner, along with managing rollovers. They work to build trust and rapport with our valued team members by providing vital solutions to Reimbursement Account administration. Their goal is to help our team understand FSA and HRA administrative services offered to employers by providing relevant information, guidance, and ensuring that we are setting the clients up with the best plan designs.   


What you’ll be doing


  • In the first 30-60 days, you will have the opportunity to dive into our product and service offerings learning about HRA, HCRA, and HSA. You‘ll also gain knowledge of our innovative systems and processes. We ask you to challenge the status quo; if you see areas for improvement, speak up!
  • Perceive beyond the obvious; critical thinking skills enabling you to ask the right questions, anticipate the client’s next questions, and identify opportunities to drive client adoption of our product suite.
  • Exhibit a passion for delivering superior client service to internal and external clients. By going above and beyond; doing whatever it takes to ensure each internal/external client contact is a positive, enjoyable experience.
  • You learn how to respond to phone and email for internal and external inquiries about group setup and maintenance status, solve complex problems and provide professional coaching to your internal clients on effective use of our online tools.
  • Build loyalty with your internal/external clients by delivering excellent follow through to all setup tasks.
  • Continually strive to improve your knowledge of HRA, HCRA, and HSA accounts by accessing our on-line tools and attending our education programs.
  • Accelerate company growth by thinking beyond the norm and contributing new ideas.


What you will need to be successful


  • Previous experience with FSA and HRA administration with consumer account a major plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage financial, sensitive Employer documentation, and advanced level of spreadsheets skills.
  • Demonstrated aptitude for superior interpersonal, communication, professional teaming, and organization and technology skills.
  • Exceptional ability to build trust and rapport with internal/external clients. And fully meet their needs within a specified SLA.                                               
  • Strong ability to maintain high level of accuracy and proficiency in all aspects of account maintenance.


  • Bachelor’s degree and/or 4 years + years related experience.
  • Highly motivated with the ability to work as a team player and also as an individual contributor.
  • Previous experience working in medical banking institution is an asset.
  • Outstanding communication skills a must.
