How you can make a difference
The RA Group Setup team is responsible for configuring the plan settings for Flexible Spending, Health Reimbursement and Health Incentive Accounts. They also support other Reimbursement Account administration duties such as plan document creation, and group maintenance activities such as debit card, welcome kits and funding setup. The Group Setup team also manages several reports to ensure we can be proactive in finding issues and resolving those issues in a timely manner, along with managing rollovers. They work to build trust and rapport with our valued team members by providing vital solutions to Reimbursement Account administration. Their goal is to help our team understand FSA and HRA administrative services offered to employers by providing relevant information, guidance, and ensuring that we are setting the clients up with the best plan designs.
