How you can make a difference

The This position reports to the Director of Implementations and is a highly integral part of the implementation team.  The Implementation Delivery Manager will be responsible to represent the implementation team in all projects.  Additional responsibilities include supporting team training initiatives and serving as a point of escalation for team needs and project deliverables.  The position requires project management proficiency and great cross-functional leadership and teamwork skills to identify, coordinate and drive the tasks associated with each project. A successful candidate will have a proven track record of great attention to detail and the ability to stay two steps ahead on project tasks and timelines. The applicant will have had experience leading cross functional teams and moving projects forward amidst ambiguous requirements and expectations. The applicant will be required to manage multiple projects and tasks at once. The combination of technical know how, interpersonal communication, a strong sense of initiative and a drive to get the job done well will be critical to the applicant’s success. 

 

What you’ll be doing

  • Act as project manager for Implementation specific team projects or enhancements
  • Represent the Implementation team in cross-functional projects that impact team processes or require input and approval relating to go to market and operational readiness initiatives
  • Work with other implementation SMEs to support these projects and facilitate deliverables
  • Manage implementation documentation projects and facilitate the creation of new documentation
  • Lead the submission of project requirements and track progress of project development
  • Lead and develop project scope and project scope documentation
  • Participate in implementation assignment and project scoping
  • Support the onboarding of new hires and ad-hoc, one on one training
  • Serve as an escalation point for team needs and project deliverables

 

What you will need to be successful

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of project management
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Passion for excellence and process improvement
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Self-starter and self-motivator
  • Proficient knowledge of healthcare financial accounts (i.e., HSA, HRA and FSA)
  • Well organized, manages time wisely
