    We are looking for a talented Product Marketing Manager that will lead the vision, design, and execution of go-to-market strategies of HealthEquity’s product offerings. This role will work collaboratively and cross functionally with technology, sales, marketing, and product development to further the strategies of our products and services. HealthEquity partners with health plans nationwide and this role will look to innovate the overall product offering to our valued partners.

     

    You will have a proven track record of successful product marketing management, which may include but not limited to creation of sales campaign and buyer persona, facilitate internal presentations and materials, develop and execute enterprise level go-to-market strategies. You will be required to be proactive in the market approach to continually stay two steps ahead of the market needs and demands.

     

    What you’ll be doing

     

    • Collaborate with design and content staff to ensure projects are meeting objectives and expectations.
    • Manage various aspects of marketing the product including competitive positioning, launch activities, field enablement and training.
    • Develop market strategies with the goal of maximizing profits while ensuring customers are satisfied with product.
    • Conduct research on consumer opinions and marketing approaches to aid in performance measurement.
    • Play various key roles throughout the full life cycle product development process and launch execution.
    • Lead overall product positioning, product launches, demand generation of HealthEquity products
    • Partners with internal leaders to develop positioning based on needs analysis, voice of the customer, competitive analysis and product differentiation
    • Works cross functional to deliver sales campaign, internal presentations, buyer persona of the product offerings
    • Partners with Marketing to create collateral, sales presentations, and web content
    • Leads the development of Product Marketing metrics to track overall effectiveness
    • Participate in the full life cycle product development process to ensure delivery on speed to market goals
    • Proactively research market strategies and competitive analysis
    • Lead the overall product launch strategies to best serve our partners and position HealthEquity as the best in building health savings
    • Participates in special projects and other duties as assigned

     

    What you will need to be successful

     

     

     

    • Bachelor’s degree in related field required
    • 5+ years of relatable professional experience
    • 3+ years leading developing and enhancing go-to-market strategies
    • Proven track record of enterprise level product marketing
    • Strong project management experience
    • Ability to influence and gather internal support cross functionally
    • Strong quantitative analytical ability
    • Superior communication skills both verbal and written
    • Overall passion to position HealthEquity competitively in the marketplace to drive business results
