HealthEquity’s Employer Services team is the primary point of contact for HealthEquity employer and broker inquiries regarding the administration of Health Savings Accounts & Reimbursement Accounts. Additionally, Employer Services has functional responsibility for all transaction processing related to the accounts. The team works to build trust and rapport with our valued clients by providing vital solutions to Health Savings Account and Reimbursement Account administration. Our goal is to help our clients understand Health Savings Account and Reimbursement Account administrative services offered to employees by providing personal and relevant information, professional guidance, and introducing them to our intuitive tools. This group takes the lead in providing a delightful experience for every person who contacts HealthEquity via phone, email, fax, and chat. The team operates with an entrepreneurial spirit and is dedicated to operational excellence, team member development and redefining possibilities.

The Employer Integration Specialist is a key resource in our Employer Services model. The Specialist is responsible for working with employers and their vendors through implementation and ongoing support of integrated contribution and deduction files.

 

What you’ll be doing

  • Lead employers and payroll vendors in discussions about contribution and deduction file integration and funding options.
  • Work with technical implementation resources to ensure files are implemented successfully.
  • Work with technical data resources to troubleshoot and resolve errors on existing contribution and deduction files.
  • Provide support to the Employer Services phone and email specialists. This support may be in the form of side-by-side training on integrated contribution and deduction files, as well as by taking calls and responding to email inquiries.
  • Provide stellar support and coaching to employers, brokers and payroll vendors.
  • Support employers and brokers with their enrollment processing. This may include coaching employers and brokers through the process, or stepping in and completing the process on their behalf.
  • Support employers with complex financial transactions, solve complex problems and provide professional coaching to our clients on effective use of our online tools.
  • Build client trust and loyalty through your stellar support.
  • Attend and contribute to ongoing education classes.
  • Support your peers across the organization.
  • Share ideas for improvements. We are constantly seeking to improve our products and processes. You are key to our success!

What you will need to be successful

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or 4+ years of related experience.
  • Critical thinking skills. Understand how to ask the right questions, anticipate the next question, and think outside the box.
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong technical aptitude. You will be required to work with technical resources through the implementation and ongoing management of data files.
  • Strong relationship management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-starter that is capable of working in teams, or as an individual.
  • Motivated to constantly learn new skills and information.
  • Previous experience with Reimbursement Account and Health Savings Account administration.
  • Training, sales and/or banking experience is a plus.
