How you can make a difference 

 

HealthEquity’s Employer Services team is seeking an experienced Team Lead. This Team Lead will collaborate with the Manager to ensure that each team member is equipped with the right tools, knowledge and education that supports the ongoing service of employers and brokers.

 

 

What you’ll be doing

  • Provide support to Manager, which should include defining and developing team members’ career goals and objectives.
  • Create motivating ideas and functions to keep team morale high and focused on company service objectives.
  • Raise the bar when it comes to the service we provide to our Employers and Brokers, through ongoing education of our products and services.
  • Attend and contribute to ongoing education classes.
  • Represent Employer Services in cross functional teams and projects as required.
  • Observe individual team members and provide regular encouragement and support in a manner that recognizes success and stellar performance as well as identifies areas of improvement in a positive manner.
  • Provide on the spot performance coaching.
  • Take escalated calls from Employers and Brokers
  • Oversee the Net Promoter Score® Close the Loop Process and address escalated cases in CX within 1-2 business days.
  • Complete home security inspections for remote agents.
  • Other duties as assigned by Manager.

 

What you will need to be successful

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or 4 + years related experience.
  • Experience with HSA and Reimbursement Account administration
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Quick learner, and must be technologically savvy.
  • Motivated and able to work in a fast paced, high-stress environment while still providing stellar service to employers, brokers, and team.
  • Must be passionate about Employer Services’ mission to provide service that delights and drives loyalty to HealthEquity.
  • Candidate should demonstrate excellence in all areas of measurement within prior Employer Services Specialist position.
  • Must be confident and engaging.
  • Must have the ability to keep team morale high, particularly through busy season.
