How you can make a difference

 

HealthEquity is looking for a strong leader who is analytical, people oriented and a self-starter to join the Onboarding leadership team. This position will be primarily allocated to managing our Onboarding team members. The position will occasionally be required to perform Onboarding duties.  They will also be responsible for scaling the Onboarding role through coordinated training, guidance for team members and standardizing the tools and processes used by the team.

A successful applicant will have a proven track record of great attention to detail and the ability to stay two steps ahead on project tasks and timelines. The applicant will be required to manage multiple tasks at once. The combination of technical know-how, interpersonal communication, leadership skills, a strong sense of initiative and drive to get the job done well will be critical to the applicant’s success.

 

 

What you’ll be doing

  • Assist in the hiring of new Onboarding Specialists
  • Training new Onboarding Specialists; continuous training and refining of team members
  • Resource for questions and guidance for team members
  • Leadership responsibilities including:
    • Onboarding assignments, scoping and tracking
    • Advocate for team members
    • Track performance, process and growth metrics
    • Hold monthly one-on-one meeting with Onboarding Specialists
    • Serve as an escalation point for team needs and onboarding tasks
    • Perform Onboarding tasks to assist with volumes during peak season
  • Responsible for improving efficiencies with the team by:
    • Supporting the Onboarding Team Manager’s efforts to build processes
    • Holding Onboarding Specialists accountable to the processes in place
    • monitoring and maintaining team process documentation
    • Work in close collaboration with Group Setup Leadership

 

What you will need to be successful

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or 2 + years related experience
  • Reimbursement Account and Health Savings Account knowledge
  • A willingness to go above and beyond for our Clients
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong self-starter and self–motivator
  • Ability to work well on cross functional team
  • Flexible and adaptable based on the needs of the team
  • A willingness to go above and beyond to support the team’s success
  • Able to acquire the expertise, knowledge and information to effectively solve customer’s issues.
