How you can make a difference 

The Service Delivery Manager III (SDM III) is the primary point of contact for assigned employer accounts. The SDM III manages inquiries regarding the administration of Health Savings and Health Reimbursement Accounts. They are responsible for building trust and rapport with our valued employers. They support day-to-day operational functions. Their goal is to help employers understand HSA and RA products offered to their employees. Additionally, the SDM III will improve employer loyalty through flawless execution. This role engages employers from onboarding through ongoing service management. This role will primarily service employers ranging in size from small to enterprise, depending on complexity.

 

What you’ll be doing

  • Manage and coordinate new employer onboarding
  • Primary contact for all issues and opportunities related to the employer
  • Proactively monitor and manage employer account activities
  • Represent HealthEquity’s products and services to achieve company goals
  • Solve complex problems and provide coaching to our employers on the effective use of HealthEquity’s systems
  • Identify opportunities to drive employer adoption of our product suite
  • Influence and persuade employers to change their behavior regarding their health care strategy
  • Do whatever it takes to ensure each employer interaction is a positive, enjoyable experience
  • Build employer loyalty by seeing issues through to resolution and providing accurate, thorough, and timely responses
  • Manage and contribute to employer documentation
  • Review and analyze data (reports and files)
  • Coordinate and lead annual review meetings (onsite as needed)
  • Represent employer needs with internal stakeholders
  • Coordinate regular employer status meetings and maintain action logs
  • Manage custom employer solutions
  • Collaborate with senior account team as assigned
  • Support sales finalist meetings as needed
  • Support internal projects as assigned
  • Travel as needed, typically up to 10%
  • Other responsibilities as assigned

 

What you will need to be successful

  • A bachelor’s degree or comparable industry experience is preferred, typically 4-6 years
  • Previous experience working in the industry (banking and benefits) is an asset
  • Track record of maintaining customer accounts through exceptional service
  • Computer literacy required: Excel, Word, Adobe, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Webinar tools
  • Strong project management skills
  • Ability to maintain customer accounts through exceptional service
  • Ability to communicate (written and verbal) effectively and to influence others
  • Demonstrate effective meeting management and presentation skills
  • Ability to identify and solve employer needs
  • Demonstrate appropriate judgment when utilizing internal business resources to solve employer needs
  • Team player, willing to support others’ needs
  • Well organized and able to handle various responsibilities
  • Self-motivated, seeks out solutions and answers
  • Adept at developing and maintaining relationships
  • Strong customer service focus, work ethic, and attention to detail in both quality and accuracy
  • Ability to meet and execute on SLAs
  • Stay up to date on product and industry knowledge
