How you can make a difference
The Service Delivery Manager III (SDM III) is the primary point of contact for assigned employer accounts. The SDM III manages inquiries regarding the administration of Health Savings and Health Reimbursement Accounts. They are responsible for building trust and rapport with our valued employers. They support day-to-day operational functions. Their goal is to help employers understand HSA and RA products offered to their employees. Additionally, the SDM III will improve employer loyalty through flawless execution. This role engages employers from onboarding through ongoing service management. This role will primarily service employers ranging in size from small to enterprise, depending on complexity.
