HealthEquity is looking for a talented recruiter to join the team. This is a fast-paced role that will proactively lead HealthEquity’s unique recruiting philosophy across Member Services department. The Corporate Recruiter plays a critical role in ensuring the continual hiring and development of the best talent in the state.

 

The most qualified candidates will have a strong passion for the business and a keen eye to talent/potential. They will work proactively to find and identify qualified candidates prior to positions being open. Ultimately, they will work to ensure HealthEquity maintains top companies to work for in UT through recruiting the right purple people.

 

What you’ll be doing

 

  • Lead full life cycle recruiting within Member Services Department
  • Maintain accuracy in internal hiring and budget processes
  • Utilize social media platforms to enhance our online recruiting presenc
  • Maintain accuracy in internal hiring and budget processes
  • Continually build and coordinate a HealthEquity talent pool to ensure time to fill goals are met with strong talent
  • Maintain and update applicant process
  • Partner with internal team members and hiring leaders to proactively enhance HealthEquity recruiting

 

What you will need to be successful

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, business or related field strongly preferred
  • 2-4 years of dedicated HR and recruiting experience strongly preferred
  • Superior communication skills to successfully build relationships with candidates and internal hiring leaders
  • Strong passion for the field and dedication to be a top performer
  • Ability to ‘perceive beyond the obvious’ to bring innovative solutions to the role
