How you can make a difference

We are looking for an analytical self-starter to join the Service Coordinator team. Working side by side with Service Delivery and Partner Managers, this position is responsible for providing technical and troubleshooting support for clients. The position requires cross-functional teamwork skills as well as system and product knowledge associated with client solutions.



A successful candidate will have a proven track record of great attention to detail and the ability to stay two steps ahead on project tasks and timelines. The applicant will be required to manage multiple tasks at once. The combination of technical know-how, interpersonal communication (aka social skills), a strong sense of initiative, and a drive to support client solutions will be critical to the applicant’s success.


What you’ll be doing

  • Use established templates to document and manage all job related processes and actions
  • Identify and implement potential improvements in standard processes to enhance the client experience
  • Generally responsible for troubleshooting escalated items particularly in relation to eligibility, contributions, claims, and general account maintenance
  • Responsible for completing audit requests related to eligibility, contributions, claims, and general account maintenance
  • Build standard PowerPoint presentations for annual client reviews
  • Primarily responsible for managing queues for escalated inquiries from internal teams regarding clients
  • Serve as a key resource for Service Delivery and Partner Managers to coordinate delivery of tasks in support of clients
  • Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams for client issue resolution
  • Engage to creatively and appropriately find solutions to client needs
  • Step in to support shifts in workload on the team
  • Meet or beat established team SLAs for all tasks including time tracking


What you will need to be successful

  • 2+ years operational or servicing experience in the consumer-driven health care industry
  • Microsoft Office experience: strong with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook; Visio a plus
  • Experience with process documentation and maintenance
  • Ability to manage several tasks and competing priorities
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Self-starter and self-motivator
  • Ability to work well on a cross functional team
  • Ability to handle and work with ambiguous instructions
  • Knowledge of HealthEquity systems
