    The Associate Marketing Account Manager will support the Strategic Marketing Account Management team to execute strategic engagement plans with the goal to increase participation in HSA-qualified plans as well as HSA member engagement. This will include analyzing client and industry data to identify trends and behaviors to find creative ways to drive increased engagement and drive program growth. It will also include creating and managing engagement materials to support our client’s strategic engagement plans.

     

    What you’ll be doing

    The Associate Marketing Account Manager will be responsible for supporting the marketing account management team with project management, content, creative, and data analysis. You will be communicating cross-departmentally within HealthEquity and occasionally directly with clients. You will need to be able to effectively represent the company's products and services and to write technically as well as creatively. Other responsibilities include:

    • Actively maintain campaign calendar and ensure stakeholders are informed and considered
    • Evaluate marketing programs and campaigns across multiple criteria including relevant response rates, cost/revenue analysis, qualitative key learnings, and overall results
    • Collaborate with marketing team to drive market research needed to assist in strategic planning, goal setting and results tracking
    • Serve as liaison to marketing account management team to ensure marketing objectives, timelines, and deliverables are being met.
    • Gather additional input needed to execute on the plan so that you can recommend and present creative drafts for review
    • Copyedit, proofread, and revise engagement plans
    • Support internal and external parties with appropriate updates
    • Understand brand needs and our capability to provide solutions
    • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of communications plans according to customer needs and objectives
    • Consult with Senior Marketing Account Managers about campaign objectives and requirements

     

    What you will need to be successful

    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or business administration. MBA preferred
    • 3- 5 years of marketing experience
    • Campaign/demand generation experience a plus
    • Demonstrable success in strategic marketing disciplines
    • Ability to handle a wide variety of projects simultaneously and react flexibly to changes that may occur
    • A bias towards a collaborative work culture with strong interpersonal skills and comfort in a team setting
    • A focus on analytics during campaign development and a commitment to ROI with results tracking and success measurement
    • Highly accountable for commitments; results-oriented
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Excellent organizational, planning, project management and time management skills
    • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
    • Must be proficient in MS Office, PowerPoint and Excel
    • Experience and proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite a plus
    • An understanding of healthcare financial accounts (e.g. HSA, HRA, and FSA) is desired
