How you can make a difference
The Enrollment and Transfer team is responsible for specific tasks on a daily basis. They are responsible for managing incoming transfer requests, monitoring the CIP and OFAC process, as well as research related to HSA enrollments. Excellent analytical skills are required, as well as the ability to contribute new ideas, developing an understanding of downstream dependencies, and for "getting things right."
Experience with Excel and previous health care account administration, banking, or other financial institution experience is preferred. Success in this position requires an ability to perform at a high level: efficient, effective, and accurate results independent of volume, ability to assist others, self-motivation.
