    How you can make a difference


    The Enrollment and Transfer team is responsible for specific tasks on a daily basis. They are responsible for managing incoming transfer requests, monitoring the CIP and OFAC process, as well as research related to HSA enrollments. Excellent analytical skills are required, as well as the ability to contribute new ideas, developing an understanding of downstream dependencies, and for "getting things right."

    Experience with Excel and previous health care account administration, banking, or other financial institution experience is preferred. Success in this position requires an ability to perform at a high level: efficient, effective, and accurate results independent of volume, ability to assist others, self-motivation.


    What you’ll be doing


    • Accountable for processes involving the CIP, OFAC, transfer, and enrollment requests
    • Assists in resolution of escalated queues that are related to referenced processes
    • Assist in other Operational queues as needed
    • Manage client, member, and internal communication regarding processes related to the team via our Transfer Inbox
    • Provides input and content for enhancements to systems and processes
    • Performs quality assurance and ensures processing standards are within SLA and audit requirements 

    What you will need to be successful


    • A strong working knowledge of healthcare accounts with a focus on Health Savings Accounts
    • Experience with transaction processing preferred
    • Experience in a customer oriented, client facing position
    • Ability to professionally represent HealthEquity while working directly with employer groups and members
    • Analytical mindset with ability to multitask and effectively contribute to multiple tasks
    • Ability to convey data in an effective and presentable manner through electronic, print and verbal communication
    • Strong ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and proficiency.
    • Ability to work in a diverse and sometimes stressful environment.
    • Strong communication skills
    • Highly adaptable, with the ability to rapidly assimilate new information, and identify team and process implications
