    How you can make a difference


    We are looking for a passionate Sr. Applications Engineer (Office 365 Administrator) to join our team in Draper, Utah. You will manage the Conditional Access Controls associated with Azure and associated cloud-based applications. You will have the skills to troubleshoot, research, resolve issues and other technologies within the Microsoft O365 Suite.


    What you’ll be doing


    Establish and maintain O365 Exchange mailboxes, user accounts, distribution groups and infrastructure mailbox constraints. You will advise on enterprise exchange policies; installs, upgrades, configures, tests, maintenance and support operating system software in a production environment.


    • Management of cloud access controls including Conditional Access Controls associated with AzureAD and its impact on O365, Azure cloud based internal and cloud-based SaaS applications that are configured to utilize AzureAD credentials.
    • Provide guidance and recommendations for Office 365 roles and create custom roles and permissions.
    • Review and make enhancement recommendations on the current Office 365 environment.
    • Develop and modify Powershell scripts to perform administrative tasks, remediate issues, and develop specialized queries and reports.
    • Help resolve user issues related to licensing, email accounts/aliases, and permissions.
    • Resolve issues with ADFS and AD GPO permissions.


    What you will need to be successful


    • Bachelor’s Degree (preferred) or 3+ years of relevant work experience required
    • Experience in O365 integration, management and configuration
    • Azure (MFA, Conditional Access, Active Directory, OMS (logging), Information Protection, Policies, Templates & Blueprints)
    • AD Connect
    • Exchange Online (including retention)
    • SharePoint Online
    • Microsoft InTune
    • PowerShell
    • Preferred certifications:
      • MCSA Cloud Platform
      • MCSA Office 365
      • MCSE Mobility
