    HealthEquity is looking for a seasoned leader who is passionate about team building and demonstrates a proven ability to motivate, support and cultivate each team member’s desire and ability to deliver exceptional results.  The ideal candidate will have an in-depth knowledge of performance metrics, technical acumen, is analytical, people oriented and a self-starter. You will be part of a fast moving, progressive leadership team and will lead our Technical Integration Managers who are responsible for the technical aspect of all new and existing partner implementations.  You will collaborate with team members and peers to scale the Technical Integration Manager role through coordinated training, mentoring, standardization of tools, processes and a focus on data-driven leadership.

     

    What you’ll be doing

    • Oversee day to day operation
    • Resource management, training and mentoring
    • Work load management (assignment, scoping, tracking, KPIs)
    • Serve as a point of escalation for team needs, deliverables and risk mitigation efforts
    • Instill fundamentals of communication, management and execution of implementation scope, schedule and risks using project management methodology
    • Collaborate and coordinate with department leaders and subject matter experts across business functions for team related project execution
    • Drive continuous improvement through regular process and efficiency improvement planning.
    • Execute on implementation of continuous improvement
    • Retrospectives
    • Scalability

    • Maintaining existing suite of technical and training assets
    • Creating collaborative workflows
    • Use and continually develop professional leadership skills

     

    What you will need to be successful

    • 8 - 10 years professional leadership experience (leading leaders)
    • Bachelor’s Degree or 5+ years recent project management or related experience
    • A demonstrated business acumen that enables decision making around problem solving and prioritization
    • Ability and commitment to positively and/or proactively mentor emerging and high potential team members across the implementation team
    • MS office, strong excel skills, experience with SQL and XML
    • A strong technical acumen and attention to detail
    • Strong self-starter and self-motivator
    • Ability to handle and work with ambiguous instructions and adapt quickly to HealthEquity systems
    • Flexible and adaptable based on the needs of the team and the evolution of the role and company – a willingness to embrace change
    • A willingness to go above and beyond to support the team’s success
    • An understanding of healthcare financial accounts (e.g., HSA, HRA and FSA) is highly desirable
