    We are looking for a motivated, dynamic People Operations (HR) Generalist to partner with and support our growing team. This role will be a go to dedicated resource for all things HR for certain areas of the business to engage, develop and retain team members. The primary focus will be employee relations and team member engagement. The role will partner closely with department leaders to provide support and insight from the People perspective and to further the team initiative to drive business results through people.


    What you’ll be doing

    • Be a trusted resource to leaders and team members. Proactively partner with your groups so they feel supported.
    • Support team members and leaders in performance management, from coaching and feedback to promotion and termination
    • Navigate and resolve employee relations concerns appropriately, timely and privately
    • Answer questions or concerns regarding topics like benefits, payroll, policies, etc.
    • Get to know the team members, team dynamics, leaders, and the business, to develop their trust in you and the People team
    • Coordinate with leaders and recruiting to ensure appropriate and effective hiring plans are in place to support growth
    • Attend leadership and team meetings
    • Identify opportunities to better support the business based on the department needs, strengths and weaknesses
    • Use influence and coaching to cultivate a culture that reflects our core values
    • Take ownership of People team policies and processes. Ensure policies are reviewed annually and are being followed by the team by establishing appropriate processes.
    • Participate in building and improving various People team programs and initiatives

    What you will need to be successful

    • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
    • 2-3 years of HR Generalist/business partnership experience
    • A high level of tact and emotional intelligence
    • Embody our company culture and values
    • Knowledge of HR compliance and employment law
    • Ability to build strong relationships with people across all levels of the organization
    • Proven ability to diagnose problems using critical thinking skills and identify and drive appropriate solutions
    • Effective verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight and manage multiple projects at once from start to finish
