    The Applications Analyst ll will own technical aspects of our Oracle Sales Cloud applications. In this capacity, the analyst is responsible for realizing on-going improvements in the capabilities, functionality, and capacity of the system. Number of enhancements, percentage of enhancement request pipeline complete, speed to completion as well as specific results from the system like improvement in custom reports & email campaigns will measure success.


    This will most effectively be done by understanding the operations of the business and proactively presenting solutions that will improve efficiency, HealthEquity team member experience, and value added per interaction. Additionally, the analyst must be able to effectively interact with internal team members, customers, and project management to develop solutions that address the people, processes, and technology needs of our organization with this system.  


    What you’ll be doing  

    • Responsible for management of the Oracle Sales Cloud.
    • Analyze user and system efficiency to identify any performance gaps.
    • Verify data through reporting and plan business strategies to increase efficiency in closing sales using the features within Oracle Sales Cloud.
    • Create and manage reports within the Oracle Sales Cloud application.
    • Continually assess, document, and analyze the sales organizations gains in efficiency and effectiveness.  
    • Interact with Oracle Sales Cloud representatives and the HealthEquity IT team ensuring any technical issues are resolved in a timely manner.
    • Provide decision support and have ownership of customer information analysis, ad hoc reporting and business success measurement.
    • Must be a self-starter, mature, effective listener, problem solver, adaptable and thorough.

    What you will need to be successful

    • 3+ years’ sales application experience. (Experience with Oracle Sales Cloud, Seibel CRM, Oracle Fusion or Salesforce will be considered).
    • Experience with all aspects of system enhancement, upgrades and new functionality including gathering requirements, designing the future state solution, defining development objects related to process scope and driving application testing and post implementation support.
    • Knowledge of cloud software technologies and underlying infrastructure.
    • Capable of building and maintaining strong relationships with a diverse set of internal and external constituencies including senior level executives, technical subject matter experts, and business unit representatives.
    • A shared sense of direction and community across business units leveraging the Oracle Sales Cloud application.
    • Ability to train and mentor team members in Oracle Sales Cloud capabilities, constraints and alternative solutions.
    • Awareness of broad sales market and current trends and technical advancements.
    • Oracle Business Intelligence Suite experience.
    • College degree in a related area of study preferred.
