    How you can make a difference

     

    The Remote Member Services Manager will successfully lead, grow and develop the Member Services Team into a center of education and excellence. Bringing innovative ideas to the organization that allow for Member Services to scale the purple magic and embrace the purple culture while increasing assets under management. The Member Services Manager works directly with leaders in the Member Services department to assist in their growth and development as well as mentor and assist all team members within the Member Services department. Member Services managers work directly with leaders throughout HQY to support products and processes. The person selected will be responsible for mentoring and motivating team members. Must be purple and professional. Have a keen focus on connecting health and wealth.

     

    What you’ll be doing

    • Lead and support team leaders and team members
    • Ensure departmental Service Level Agreements are reviewed and met
    • Prioritize department and company initiatives
    • Articulate business needs within the department as well as to other business stakeholders
    • Review, resolve and respond as needed to internal and external communications
    • Represent both Member Services and Members at cross functional meetings
    • Maintain department morale and engagement
    • Lead projects specific to manager duties as assigned by department leadership
    • Enforce remote team member processes and expectations
    • Periodically travel to satellite locations as needed
    • Create motivating ideas and functions to keep team morale high and focused on company service objectives
    • Improve efficiencies by evaluating and implementing improved processes and practices
    • RECOGNIZE and give RECOGNITION.

    What you will need to be successful

    • 5+ years customer service experience in Healthcare, Finance or Insurance Industries
    • 2-4 years leadership experience
    • Demonstrated aptitude for superior interpersonal teaming and organization skills
    • Must have remote work experience either working remotely or leading remote teams
    • Must be a quick learner and agile with the ability to adapt
    • Must be technologically well informed
    • Must be proficient and articulate in written and oral communication
    • Must be able to interpret a variety of instructions related to all job duties
    • Ability to multi-task and be proactive in determining resolutions
    • Excellent time management skills
    • Motivated and able to work in a fast paced, high-stress environment while still providing stellar service to members and team
    • Must be passionate about Member Service’s mission to provide service that delights and education in a way that helps members build savings
    • Candidate should demonstrate excellence in all areas of measurement within prior HealthEquity positions
    • Must understand and articulate the HealthEquity vision, mission and values and translate into action
