How you can make a difference
We are looking for passionate Data Warehouse DBA to join our team in Draper, Utah. You will work closely with the Data Management team as well as business intelligence and analytics professionals in the organization. You will have robust communication skills, project management skills, and will be a key member of our talented team of Database Administrators.

What you will need to be successful
Strong communication skills are key to successfully integrating into the HealthEquity team. You’re expected to be able to quickly learn the existing database infrastructure and data architecture. The DW DBA must function as a subject matter expert on the team. Routine accountability for technical knowledge and capabilities as a team member or as an individual contributor. Works under minimal supervision, with general guidance. Works on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of various factors. Exercises judgment within broadly defined practices and policies in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criterion for obtaining results. As a company with high expectations of its employees, a generous training and continuing education budget is provided to further your already capable skillset.
