    How you can make a difference


    HealthEquity is looking for a passionate IT Project Manager to join our team in Draper, Utah. You will lead our Information System & IT Infrastructure projects through the project lifecycle to ensure an on-time and on-budget implementation.


    What you’ll be doing


    • Responsible for coordination and completion of assigned projects within the Information Technology department.
    • Creation and management of project plans and associated project tasks utilizing earned value (EV) calculations.
    • Work with internal team members, vendors, and partners to define dependencies and resolve issues and risks that arise during project phases.
    • Define and manage to project budgets, including capitalized and operating expenses.
    • Provides ongoing status reports indicating project health including earned value (EV) and schedule performance index (SPI) 

    What you will need to be successful

    • 3+ years of experience as a project manager on technical projects
    • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
    • Agile Scrum Master certification preferred
    • ITIL certification preferred
    • Technical certifications preferred (A+, Network+, Server+, Security+, MCSE/A, CCNA, CISSP, MCP)
    • Proven experience managing project teams spanning multiple business functions
    • Strong execution skills as demonstrated by successful experience overcoming project obstacles including implementing risk mitigation and contingencies
    • Ability to manage expectations and collaborate with executive sponsors and steering committee members
    • Strong leadership that will enable HealthEquity to achieve project success
    • Ability to build, lead and develop project teams
