    How you can make a difference  

     

    HealthEquity is seeking a frontend web developer to develop, maintain, and update responsive web sites and landing pages in an ASP.NET environment and in marketing CRM/CMS systems. This individual will be integral in implementing mockup designs into functional, scalable web sites. The candidate will be a critical member of the HealthEquity and Marketing team to continue to strengthen HealthEquity’s digital presence.

     

    What you’ll be doing

    • Building interactive forms, tools, calculators and landing pages whether from scratch or through marketing CRM/CMS
    • Create, maintain, and make updates to existing web sites/landing pages in ASP.NET environment
    • Write scalable, concise, efficient code, and suggest refinements to existing code with best practices
    • Test and optimize all web sites and pages in all major browsers (IE, Firefox, Chrome, Safari) in both platforms (PC/Macs), and major mobile devices (smartphones/tablets).
    • Help research, maintain and administer technical aspects of internally developed and hosted sites and tools as well as third-party solutions
    • Regularly monitors website outages, title tags, metadata and alt tags, alerting marketing if information is missing

    What you will need to be successful

    • 3-5 years of relevant work experience
    • Strong jQuery/Javascript, CSS, HTML skills required to write and troubleshoot
    • Knowledge of Bootstrap or any responsive framework required
    • Experience with building landing pages for CMS/CRMs such as Hubspot
    • Design skills are not required but a huge plus if you have an eye for it. Must be able to transform mockups into functional, scalable landing pages/sites. Attention to detail is key.
    • Familiarity with ASP.NET and/or MVC strongly desired. Knowledge of C# or desire to learn is a big plus
    • Strong self-starter and be able to jump in without vigorous training. Work independently but also collaborate with other developers and creatives
    • Shows a high level of concern for user experience.
    • Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks with quick turnaround
    • Strong attention to detail, customer-service orientation, and creativity in problem solving.
    • Associates degree preferred in related field to the primary responsibilities
    • Must show examples of work or link to portfolio to be considered
