    The Marketing department oversees and controls the HealthEquity brand. The HealthEquity brand is more than a logo, a color, or a typeface; it is the total experience a customer has with the company. For that reason, it is critical to maintain consistency in all customer interactions, from products and brochures to tradeshows and employee contact. The consistent use of brand elements work ​​together to build recognition and credibility in the HealthEquity brand.


    The Marketing Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring the marketing team is efficiently executing to their targets and choosing the best possible tactics to accomplish our sales and marketing goals. 


    What you’ll be doing

    • Assess processes and implement change that is required to insure the marketing team is functioning as a well-oiled machine
    • Track project progression and push items through to completion
    • Use Workfront tracking systems to develop production schedules and organize creative production/assets
    • Ensure that projects are properly reviewed by SMEs and compliance
    • Develop a monthly metrics-driven market dashboard
    • Drive process improvements across the marketing functions and across sales/marketing cross-functional teams, insuring nothing hinders campaign success or lead follow-up
    • Track marketing budget spend
    • Manage clients using our online plan comparison tool
    • Develop business processes to increase efficiency both internally and with respect to vendor use
    • Find and implement appropriate tools to help scale the marketing organization effectively
    • Attend marketing sub-team meetings and provide regular production updates to the marketing team and other internal clients

    What you will need to be successful

    • 4-5+ years of marketing operations experience
    • Proven Experience to “Get things done”
    • Know how to get people to adapt to new processes and feel affection for the power of measurement
    • Relationship builder
    • Project management expert that can handle any project thrown your way
    • Exquisite attention to detail, conscientious
    • Superior organizational skills and the ability to multi-task with the best of them
