    What you’ll be doing


    • Mentor and coach other designers
    • Design & provide art direction for marketing campaigns, materials and collateral
    • Collaborate and work cross-functionally with teams both inside and outside of marketing to create smart solutions for business needs
    • Own the application of our brand identity and help to refine it over time
    • Coordinate relationships with print & production vendors
    • Assist the creative director in reducing design debt across all our products & processes 

    What you will need to be successful

    • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
    • Minimum 5+ years’ experience in graphic design or art direction
    • Expertise with the Adobe Creative Suite
    • High skill level (demonstrated by a robust portfolio) in:
      • Graphic design
      • Art direction
      • Typography
      • Layout
      • Graphic illustration (icons, etc.)
    • Highly detail-oriented
    • Ability to see the big picture and apply business goals to your design decisions
    • Ability to articulate strong rationale for design decisions in a collaborative manner
    • Professional experience critiquing design work
    • Able to multitask and take several projects on at once
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Experience with motion graphics or user experience design is a plus but not required
    • Experience in financial and or healthcare industry a plus but not required
