    We are looking for a passionate Business Analyst II to join our team in Draper, Utah. This position requires flexibility and creativity in gathering and interpreting information and in translating that information into detailed feature requirements and documentation. Excellent analytical skills are required, with the ability to extract, analyze and report on information gleaned from internal databases, systems, and both internal and external resources. Your passion must be in improving current processes and systems, fixing what's broken, measuring performance, understanding downstream dependencies, and working to "get things right".


    What you’ll be doing

    • Meeting with stakeholders to elicit requirements and document processes
    • Assist with development and execution of test plans
    • Support the entire software development lifecycle
    • Document product capabilities and serve as a product subject matter expert
    • Assess the impact of bugs and perform gap analysis
    • Develop product recommendations based on data analysis
    • Keep team members informed of items that impact their day to day duties
    • Participate in SCRUM team cadence meetings and clear team blockers
    • Other duties as assigned

    What you will need to be successful

    • BS/BA degree with preference given to mathematics, statistics, finance, accounting, or economics majors, and/or equivalent work experience (5+ years)
    • 5+ years’ experience as an analyst in market research, product, or operations
    • Experience gathering and documenting business requirements
    • Experience creating and/or executing user acceptance test plans
    • Ability to identify product implications of process and technology changes
    • Strong PC skills including MS PowerPoint, Word, Visio, and Excel
    • Strong analytical and problem solving skills with a preference for candidates with SQL experience
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to consult with users and understand, assess, and present their needs
    • Knowledge of healthcare financial accounts (e.g. HSA, HRA, FSA) highly desirable
    • Well organized and able to balance multiple simultaneous assignments
