    How you can make a difference


    We are looking for a passionate Application Support Engineer to join our team in Draper, UT. You will work closely with our Enterprise Technology, People, and Business Operations departments to support business needs by leveraging various software tools and platforms. You will be instrumental in implementing new applications and making sure they function.


    What you’ll be doing


    • Implementing, configuring, upgrading, and supporting applications
    • Daily monitoring and maintenance activities
    • Daily administration for applications like Office365, Verint, ServiceNow, Workfront, Confluence, etc
    • Creating and maintaining support documentation
    • Working with help desk and infrastructure teams to troubleshoot and solve issues
    • Gathering, writing, and maintaining feature requirements and success/test cases
    • Participating in project teams under the direction of a project manager
    • Managing relationship with vendors
    • Creating and implementing best practices for critical systems and applications
    • Acting as project manager on smaller engagements
    • Functioning as a subject matter expert for application platforms and their associated business processes
    • Collaborating with business leaders to leverage application functionality to improve business processes
    • Working in a 24x7x365 fast paced, production environment, this includes a 24/7 rotating on-call schedule

    What you will need to be successful


    • Bachelor’s degree in business management, information systems, or similar preferred
    • 2+ years of experience in an IT Role such as Help Desk, System Administrator, etc
    • Experience with Office365 product suite, Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, Windows Server, SQL
    • Solid understanding of IT fundamentals including servers, networks, databases, firewalls, virtualization, DNS, GPO, etc
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Experience with process documentation
    • Experience working within ITIL framework
    • Willingness to work independently or as a part of a team
    • Proven ability to solve complex technical problems and work through ambiguous situations
    • Willingness to be a strong team player, well organized, and able to handle multiple assignments and responsibilities simultaneously
    • An understanding of healthcare financial accounts (e.g. HSA, HRA, FSA) is a bonus
    • Applicable Certification preferred
      • CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+
      • Microsoft MSCA, 365 Fundamentals   
      • ServiceNow Fundamentals
