    The individual in this role will be responsible for coordinating, creating and delivering training for HealthEquity’s sales organization. We are excited to meet with the right person who has a background in Sales training and enablement.

     

    This is an exciting, newly created position. The Sales Enablement Manager will be a valuable member of our Sales Operations team. You’ll have the opportunity to interface with executives and directors across the organization. The successful candidate will have strong presentation skills, technical skills, and project and relationship management experience.You’ll be responsible for coordinating and leading training leveraging Subject Matter Experts across the company to ensure the sales team has the knowledge they need to effectively sell HealthEquity solutions. You will also be responsible for tracking the adoption and effectiveness of that training.

     

    How you can make a difference

     

    Perform the day to day servicing activities for the card operations including resolving escalated cardholder issues in CX queue, resolving web service errors, pulling and reviewing vendor reports, and reviewing card transactions for fraudulent activity

     

    What you’ll be doing

     

    • Develop and maintain a sales training program.
    • Coordinate training schedules for the sales teams partnering with subject matter experts in Sales, Marketing, Product, and other teams to ensure the content is accurate and relevant.
    • Present training material in-person, online, and via webinar/phone.
    • Build training content such as PowerPoint presentations, handouts, assessments, etc. this will include partnering with designers and developers to create branded online and classroom based materials.
    • Research external training possibilities and schedule appropriate training programs.
    • Meet with Sales leaders to assess the success of the plan and report on the plan’s performance.
    • Develop sales team specific training related to sales technique, HealthEquity products, etc.
    • Provide one on one sales training.
    • Coordinate sales personnel onboarding training.

    What you will need to be successful

     

    • Cross-functional relationship management skills.
    • Experience working with executive sponsors, management teams, and end-users.
    • Familiarity with HealthEquity products, sales processes and programs a plus, for this reason we will favor internal candidates.
    • Project Management expertise to develop a short-term and long-term plan for delivering training and education to our sales team.
    • Practical sales experience preferred, preferably with a proven track record.
    • Excellent Technical Writing and Editing skills.
