    HealthEquity is looking for a talented Corporate Recruiter to join our team in Draper, UT. This is a fast paced role that will proactively lead HealthEquity’s unique recruiting philosophy across the whole organization. The Corporate Recruiter plays a critical role in ensuring the continual hiring and development of the best talent in the state. You will have a strong passion for the business and a keen eye to talent/potential. You will work proactively to find and identify qualified candidates prior to positions being open. Ultimately, ensure HealthEquity maintains top companies to work for in UT through recruiting the right purple people.

     

    What you’ll be doing

    • Lead full life cycle recruiting across all areas of the organization
    • Build meaningful relationships through local networks and universities relations
    • Coordinate and enhance HealthEquity’s presence at various local career fairs
    • Utilize social media platforms to enhance our online recruiting presence
    • Maintain accuracy in internal hiring and budget processes
    • Continually build and coordinate a HealthEquity talent pool to ensure time to fill goals are met with strong talent
    • Maintain and update applicant process, including overseeing the overall Applicant Tracking System
    • Partner with internal team members and hiring leaders to proactively lead and enhance HealthEquity recruiting

    What you will need to be successful

    • Bachelor’s degree in HR, business or related field strongly preferred
    • 2-4 years of dedicated HR and recruiting experience strongly preferred
    • Superior communication skills to successfully build relationships with candidates and internal hiring leaders
    • Strong passion for the field and dedication to be a top performer
    • Proven track record of successful full life cycle
    • Ability to ‘perceive beyond the obvious’ to bring innovative solutions to the role
