    HealthEquity is currently seeking a positive, talented, detail-oriented professional to join our fast-paced team, supporting the SVP of Relationship Management.  This is a dynamic position as it will directly support the coordination and organization of various projects and day-to-day activities. A key aspect of this role is to provide an exceptional level of support to the various relationship management leaders, internal customers, and other external partners.   The right candidate will know intuitively how to handle highly sensitive situations and confidential information with discretion.  Additionally, our ideal candidate will be extremely detail oriented, flexible, and proactive, capable of working with minimal direction and willing to jump in and help where needed. Project management including event management, special projects typically involving data gathering, assembly of presentations, and coordination with others will be commonplace. Keen time management and organizational skills will be key components of success. Critical thinking and independent judgment are required to effectively prioritize requests and tasks based on the business needs.


    What you’ll be doing

    • Manage the calendar for the SVP of Relationship Management, includes scheduling appointments both internally and externally, team meeting agenda coordination, and travel booking/coordination.
    • Project coordination including quarterly and annual initiatives (incentive compensation task management, event planning for conferences, etc.)
    • Perform administrative tasks to support the team, i.e., expense reports, administrative filing, research requests, stakeholder/partner communication, etc.
    • Interact effectively with other executives, executive assistants, and departments to ensure cooperation and open communication.
    • Compilation and contribution to standard reporting and presentations.
    • Other duties as assigned

    What you will need to be successful

    • 5+ years of demonstrated experience and success providing administrative support to leaders and various management teams.
    • Effectively prioritize tasks, projects, and requests. Candidate must be able to “juggle many balls at once”.
    • Strong quantitative analytical ability
    • Bring passion to position HealthEquity competitively in the marketplace to further our mission of Connecting Health and Wealth
    • Demonstrated knowledge and proficiency with office equipment, including phones, computers, and related software, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
    • Ability to demonstrate initiative, creativity, and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
    • Ability to proactively anticipate needs, always thinking a couple steps ahead.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    • Superior “people skills” to have the ability to work with individuals at all levels of the organization and be a team player in this environment
