    How you can make a difference


    We’re looking for a Sr. Testing Automation Engineer to join our team in Draper, UT. We need someone who has the desire, skills and passion to make a direct impact on the success of our industry-leading Health Savings Account products and services.  



    What you’ll be doing

    • Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies
    • Work closely with cross-functional team members to automate new tests
    • Attend testing guild meetings to present, collaborate, and mentor
    • Lead and train on good quality practices
    • Care about your craft

    • Report errors/failures to internal and external parties when needed
    • Reduce the # of defects found by customers and business users in production
    • Develop and recommend tools to improve quality of software and processes
    • Work in a self-organizing team environment where you determine your tasks in coordination with your team
    • Collaborate with programmers and business experts to gain an understanding of complex business logic

    What you will need to be successful

    • Degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
    • 8+ years of relevant work experience in software development and test automation
    • Proficient in coding with C# (preferred) or other languages
    • Experience using SQL or other relational database languages
    • Experience with Azure DevOps, Visual Studio, Git
