    How you can make a difference

     

    HealthEquity is looking for a Senior Partner Engagement Specialist to join the partner engagement team and report to the leader of Partner Engagement. This position is an exciting opportunity to help our partners and their clients connect health and wealth. This person will support the partner engagement team by owning and managing a variety of partner activation and sales support initiatives to grow and retain partners by creating, developing, and engaging in the end-to-end process that brings measurable value to a given partnership.

     

    What you’ll be doing

    • Work directly with the partner marketing team and partners to translate strategy into actionable marketing initiatives.
    • Support the creation of new programs or manage existing programs aimed at improving the company’s relations with existing and new partners.
    • Collaborate and work cross-functionally with teams both inside and outside of marketing to create smart solutions for business needs.
    • Brainstorm, develop and execute ideas for creative marketing campaigns, collateral, templates, presentations and more.
    • Support quality control and editing of partner content and communications.
    • Serve as a strategic partner in accomplishing company and department goals.
    • Perform other duties as assigned or apparent.

    What you will need to be successful

    • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
    • Minimum 5+ years of marketing experience with a track record of driving rapid growth
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Must be a team player with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
    • Experience writing copy for B2C and B2B markets
    • Able to multitask and take several projects on at once
    • Ability to see the big picture and translate strategy into tactical actionable repeatable processes and/or resources
    • Work closely with the partner marketing team to document, implement, and organize marketing resources
    • Experience in financial and or healthcare industry a plus but not required
    • Design experience a plus but not required
