    The Partner Implementation Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing end to end new client implementations as well as implementation work for existing clients. The position requires great cross-functional leadership and teamwork skills to coordinate the tasks associated with each implementation. A successful applicant will have a proven track record of great attention to detail and the ability to stay two steps ahead on project deliverables and timelines. The applicant will have had experience leading cross functional teams and moving projects forward amidst ambiguous client expectations. The applicant will be required to manage multiple projects and tasks at once. The combination of technical know-how, interpersonal communication (aka social skills), a strong sense of initiative and a drive to get the job done well will be critical to the applicant’s success. 


    What you’ll be doing

    • Manage multiple cross functional implementation projects and teams
    • Develop and manage project plans and deliverables for implementation projects
    • Drive communication and management of project scope, schedule and risk using project management methodology
    • Serve as main point of contact for internal and external clients during the implementation
    • Lead internal and external implementation meetings that cover everything from client business objectives and strategy to technical specifications
    • Guide client solution discussions and provide consultative analysis around benefits structure
    • Coordinate timelines of external vendors
    • Facilitate execution of legal agreements and align scope of implementation with executed MSA
    • Serve as subject matter expert on client solutions, acting as a consultant on best practices with service delivery managers and partner relationship managers
    • Consult and present at sales finalist meetings as an implementation subject matter expert
    • Participate in continuous improvement activities around implementation processes

    What you will need to be successful

    • Bachelor’s degree preferred or 3+ years of relevant experience leading enterprise level projects or implementations
    • 3+ years in a client facing role
    • 3+ years experience leading large enterprise implementation projects  
    • Track record leading projects to on-time, on-budget and on-schedule completion
    • Highly adaptable with ability to quickly assimilate new information and translate to business owners/stakeholders
    • Strong PC skills (MS PowerPoint, Word, Visio and Excel)
    • Excellent interpersonal, communication and consultative skills
    • Experience negotiating contracts
    • Advanced presentation skills
    • Team player mentality, well organized, strong attention to detail and an ability to handle multiple assignments and responsibilities simultaneously is a must
    • An understanding of healthcare financial accounts, such as HSAs, HRAs and FSAs, is a plus
