    We are looking for a service-oriented, self-starter to join the new HealthEquity Retirement team, which adds a 401(k) plan offering to the HealthEquity suite of products. The combination of the 401(k) and HSA provides more effective and tax-efficient retirement planning strategies for consumers. We provide a solution for employers to offer a 401(k) plan that costs less and reduces work while providing a remarkable client experience.


    By delivering first-class service, the Service Delivery Manager II will make it easier than ever businesses of all sizes to set up, maintain, and manage a 401(k) plan so that employees can retire with increased financial security. The Service Delivery Manager II will also be instrumental in evangelizing the vision of health and wealth with existing clients and participants.  

     

    What you will be doing

    The Service Delivery Manager II is the primary point of contact for assigned, key employer accounts.  The Service Delivery Manager II manages inquiries regarding the administration of qualified retirement plans. They are responsible for building trust and rapport with our valued employers. They support day-to-day operational functions. Their goal is to help employers understand retirement plans offered to their employees. Additionally, the Service Delivery Manager II will improve employer loyalty through flawless execution. This role engages employers from onboarding through ongoing service management. This role will service employers ranging in size from small to large, depending on complexity.

     

    In your role, you will:

    • Manage and coordinate larger plan implementations and plan conversions including plan design, payroll coordination, technical integrations, and asset transfer
    • Build client loyalty for our larger clients by delivering excellent service to employers by phone, email, and in person
    • Hold annual reviews with large employers to improve plan design, optimize utilization, and maximize experience
    • Collaborate with internal teams and external service providers for issue resolution often relating to such areas as payroll, compliance, and participation
    • Identify and implement potential improvements in processes to enhance the employer or participant experience
    • Provide frequent education and enrollment support via live webinars and in-person presentations
    • Strengthen the connection of health and wealth for employers and participants by encouraging the adoption of high deductible health plans and consumer driven healthcare practices
    • Create, test, and implement new processes, materials, trainings, templates, forms, reports, and controls for other service manager positions.

     

    What you will need to be successful

    The ideal candidate for the Service Delivery Manager II – Retirement role will possess:

    • 4+ years servicing experience related to employer benefits, especially 401(k)
    • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field (Business, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Economics, etc.)
    • At least one relevant designation or certification (CPFA, QKA, QPA, ERPA, CFP, APA, CPC, or CRC)
    • Track record of success in maintaining customer accounts through exceptional service
    • Developed level of financial literacy including markets, investments, and products
    • Expert experience with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
    • Ability to efficiently manage several tasks and competing priorities
    • Demonstrate effective meeting management and presentation skills
    • Demonstrate disciplined judgment when utilizing internal business resources to solve employer needs
    • Advanced interpersonal communication skills and ability to communicate effectively
    • Strong customer service focus, attention to detail, and ability to follow processes
    • Strong work ethic, schedule flexibility and availability, and adaptability
