As a Marketing Operations Coordinator, you’ll be the engine powering the Marketing Department by empowering team members and leaders to do their best work. If you’re excited about solving problems, getting things done, working in a fast-paced environment with a growth-oriented Marketing department, you’ve found the right opportunity. Daily activities could include coordinating meetings & events, communicating information to team members and leaders, and managing special projects. Best of all, have a purpose that gets you out of bed in the morning – to transform the financial and physical well-being of millions of Americans. 


    What you will be doing  

    • End-to-end planning, organizing, and executing of marketing team events & meetings 
    • Run the staff meetings of the Chief Marketing Officer, taking notes, and executing on corresponding action items 
    • Facilitate internal marketing team communication (e.g. distribute information, schedule meetings and presentations) 
    • Suggest more efficient ways to run marketing operations activities & processes 
    • Maintain updated key information like distribution lists, and organizational charts 
    • Work collaboratively with marketing leadership team members to create, update, and maintain key presentation and communications 
    • Draft and edit correspondence, reports and presentations; transcribe meeting notes of marketing team 
    • Coordinate and manage special marketing projects, including working collaboratively with staff to assure projects meet deadlines  
    • Take on tasks to support the work of HealthEquity programs, operations, and overall mission 
    • Work as a member of the team, willingly providing back‐up support for co‐workers when appropriate and actively supporting group goals 

    What you will need to be successful  

    • 5-10 years working in professional environment 
    • Bachelor’s degree a plus 
    • In-depth understanding of entire Microsoft Office suite. 
    • Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities. 
    • Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment. 
    • A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills. 
    • Professional level verbal and written communications skills. 
    • Possess a high level of energy, initiative, and ability to multi-task 
    • Demonstrate integrity, flexibility, and a strong work ethic 
    • Must be a team player with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
