We are looking for an experienced Operations leader with a passion for leading and developing others, driving process improvements and delivering a service experience that builds and strengthens relationships with members, employer and partners. Reporting to the Executive Vice President of Operations, this role leads support services for the operations and servicing organization such as quality assurance, strategic team initiatives, outsourced operations, business readiness, and service recovery.
