How you can make a difference


The Contracts Coordinator is responsible for supporting general administrative aspects of legal operations and contract administration.

This position typically performs work in a corporate or field location and reports to a Supervisor or Manager of Contracts Administration. The Contracts Coordinator also works collaboratively with internal departments and acts as primary first line of contact for general administrative duties


What you’ll be doing

  • Serve as steward, responsible for monitoring and reviewing contracts for data integrity across various systems.
  • Assist administrators in ensuring contracts, both hardcopy and electronic, are filed per our Contracting Policy.
  • Respond to questions generally regarding status of contract generation within the applicable system.
  • Reinforces and explains to internal partners on pre-established contracting processes, contract structure, and guidelines. 
  • Supports the Contracts Administration Supervisor and Manager with gathering documents and data needed for audits as it relates to Internal Audit, KPMG, and SOX reporting.
  • Assists with special project as necessary to support the Legal Department.



Preferred Locations: Draper, UT or Irving Texas; will also consider Remote.



What you will need to be successful




Knowledge of general administration or a closely related field as normally obtained through the completion of a High School Diploma or completion of an associate degree is preferred



Work Experience or Related Experience:


  • The ability and skill to read and understand data related to contracts and billing systems as described as normally obtained through a minimum 1 years’ experience in Apttus, Salesforce or any other contract management system.


Specialized Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • A strong customer service orientation is essential.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to the changing demands of business is a must.
  • Must be extremely detail-oriented and have exceptional organization skills.




Proficiency with business and communications software (preferably Word, Excel, PowerPoint, common Windows operating systems, and Outlook) is required

The ability and skill to read and understand data related to contracts and billing systems as described as normally obtained through a minimum 1 years’ experience in Apttus, Salesforce or any other contract management system.

Work requires normal range of hearing and eyesight. Incumbent must be able to use a telephone or headset equipment and operate a keyboard and other office equipment. The ability to perform work at a computer terminal for 6-8 hours a day and function in an environment with frequent interruptions is required.
