How you can make a difference


The Implementation Manager II is responsible for leading and overseeing end-to-end new client implementations as well as implementation work for existing clients for employer groups coming through existing Channel Partner solutions. The position requires great cross-functional leadership and teamwork skills to coordinate the tasks associated with each implementation. A successful applicant will have a proven track record of great attention to detail and the ability to stay two steps ahead on project tasks and timelines. The applicant will be required to manage multiple projects and tasks at once. The combination of technical knowhow, interpersonal communication (aka social skills), a strong sense of initiative and a drive to get the job done well will be critical to the applicant’s success. 


What you’ll be doing


Manage multiple cross-functional implementation projects

  • Create, manage and update project plans
  • Serve as main point of contact during employer partner implementations
  • Lead internal and external implementation meetings (internal and external)
  • Guide client solution discussions relating to all project deliverables
  • Track progress of project development
  • Manage and/or contribute to ongoing process documentation
  • Manage implementation documentation projects
  • Work directly with Technical Integration Manager on technical and other project related work
  • Oversee the review of partner file layouts and data setup
  • Oversee the development and execution of test plans

What you will need to be successful

  • Knowledge of business and technology or a closely related field as normally obtained through the completion of a Bachelor's Degree in a business or technology related major or equivalent work experience.
  • 2+ years of project management
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Reimbursement Account and Health Savings Account knowledge
  • A willingness to go above-and-beyond for our Clients
  • Strong self-starter and self–motivator
  • Ability to work well on cross-functional team
  • Flexible and adaptable based on the needs of the team
  • Able to acquire the expertise, knowledge and information to effectively solve customer issues
