We are looking for a passionate, collaborative and driven Attack Surface Operations Analyst (Team Lead) to join our team. You will be responsible for updating and maintaining HQY attack surface KPIs and metrics. This role is focused on driving the centralized reporting and analytics ingested from a wide variety of threat & vulnerability management tools. Primary responsibilities may vary based on current security risk considerations and project commitments of the team. What you’ll be doing

• Act as the Subject Matter Expert for Reporting and Analyzing Threat & Vulnerability data for HQY Attack Surface
• Responsible for maintaining single pane of glass for reporting risk at both technical and operational consumption levels
• Responsible for updating weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual threat & vulnerability KPIs and Metrics
• Contributor in updating board slides and presentation content
• Demonstrated experience leading influencing and leading Team Members on threat and vulnerability consumption and articulation both within their immediate business unit and across the organization.
• Able to build relationships among various technology and business leaders within business goals and objectives balancing business opportunity with security risk.
• Lead area of responsibilities coordinating with broader Security Technology and Tools team within Risk and Security.

What you will need to be successful

• Bachelor’s degree, or the equivalent years related experience required
• Minimum of 4 years of consistent information security experience required
• Possess an in-depth knowledge of securing organizations, cloud-based resources, networks, systems, databases, applications, and processes
• Experience consuming and analyzing threat & vulnerability data from wide variety of security tools
• Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to interact effectively and professionally with individuals at all levels; both internal and external
• Excellent reporting, presentation and communication skills to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and superior attention to detail
• Must be able to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously within inflexible time frames
• Ability to adapt to frequent priority changes
• Team player capable of developing strong collaborative working relationships with internal partners and able to effectively engage and build consensus among cross-functional teams
• Demonstrate excellent communication and listening skills
• Operates with a commitment to customer service excellence
• Possess a sincere desire to learn, grow, and go beyond personal capabilities
• Have a strong commitment to making meaningful contributions
• Solid understanding of cloud-based hosting platforms (e.g. Azure)
• Grace under pressure
• Desire to learn from, teach, and share with others
• Unbridled curiosity, good instincts, and skills, for finding things that don’t want to be found
• A personality that wants to get along with people but fights the urge to be a “yes” person
