We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented leader to join our IT & Security organization as the  Director of IT PMO. In this critical role, you will be responsible for leading the execution of IT and Security initiatives that enable and drive the company's strategic goals.  

 

 

What you’ll be doing 

  • Drive execution of Program Management for cross-collaborative initiatives requiring an understanding of scope, driving issues to resolution, escalating and mitigating risks. 
  • Execute tracking & reporting on the progress of Security & IT roadmap initiatives, including results & financial impact across various departments. 
  • Partner with senior leadership across the organization to understand business needs and translate those needs into actionable IT and security Project Plans. 
  • Design framework & processes for the IT PMO team to ensure alignment with other PMO functions and efficient intake, prioritization, execution, and communication across the organization. 
  • Champion a data-driven approach to Program Management in the Security & IT space, leveraging analytics to measure success and identify opportunities for improvement. 
  • Drive the continuous improvement of IT and Security Program Management processes, ensuring efficiency, effectiveness, and adherence to industry best practices. 
  • Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, fostering understanding and building strong relationships with key stakeholders. 
  • Effectively partner with Finance to ensure proper prioritization of projects for execution based on financial impact to the business and communicate project status related to budget tracking/reporting. 
  • Create PowerPoint presentations for Steering Committees, Leadership meetings, and Board meetings. 

  

 

What you will need to be successful

  • Strong understanding of IT / security strategy, project management methodologies, and security best practices. 
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage high-performing program management teams. 
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on achieving strategic objectives. 
  • Experience in managing complex IT & Security projects and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery with critical results metrics successfully achieved. 
  • Knowledge of current IT and security trends and technologies. 
  • A collaborative leadership style with a focus on building trust and motivating teams. 
  • A passion for innovation and driving continuous improvement. 
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel 
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint 
  • 7+ years of Project Management experience 
  • 7+ years of experience in building and maintaining spreadsheets, and doing data analysis 
  • Detail oriented and capable of delivery high quality outcomes 
  • Excellent organizational skills 
  • Proven ability to leverage analytical and problem-solving skills  
  • Strong presentation, communication (writer and verbal), and interpersonal skills 
  • Experience with Health benefits administration (HSA, FSA or COBRA, etc..) business processes 
  • Ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment 
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or relevant experience

Salary Range

$140,000-$165,000 / year

The compensation range describes the typical minimum or maximum base pay range for this position. The actual compensation offer is determined based on job-related knowledge, education, skills, experience, and work location.
